Looks like Capt Jay is on 'em for next weeks FLW in PG!
Better save some of those reds for The Grand Slam Plug, it's a little more than a month away!

The day you need slots!!!!!!!!!!!
Fishing the Qualifyer was great, it was a beautiful day. the only problem was....................

After this.................

we managed to pull one slot out of the group (our fish that weighed a whopping 5.21
)
and had to move on. The school must have had 200 fish in it and they chewed. They were fighting over the lures. Up where we fish we don't see this so it was interesting. We could have caught them all day too, they stayed very calm, never spooked real bad. Can't wiat till the Grand Slam. Looking foward to posting some more reports of all the prefishing leading up. Good first tourney (never competetivly fished before) finishing 16th with 9.76. Thanks for a great event.

Chad,
Awesome fish pics. That spot has been holding those bruisers for a while, it is hard to pick off a good amount in the slot, especially two upper slot fish. Nice pics nonetheless.
